Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll fix it fast — you’ll receive a full refund or a free replacement, plus a 20% discount code for your next purchase. No return required. We take full responsibility so you can shop stress-free.


1) Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • This policy applies to all customers worldwide.


2) Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached and in original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)


3) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (example: custom name, made-to-order designs)
    No refund, no exchange, no size change

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


4) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us clear photos of the issue + your order number

  • Item must still have its tag and be unused

  • You will receive an instant full refund OR a free replacement

  • You’ll also get a 20% off discount code for your next order

  • No need to return the damaged item


5) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email support@battlegend.com with:

  1. Your full name

  2. Your order number (#bat-XXXX)

  3. The item(s) you want to return and the reason

We will reply within 24 hours with instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


6) Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind / wrong size / not as expected: return shipping is paid by the customer

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Battlegend covers the shipping cost


7) Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is:

  1. Return your item (customer pays shipping)

  2. Place a new order

  3. Send us your return tracking number showing it was delivered

Once confirmed, we will refund the item price (shipping fees are not included).


8) Size Exchange (Non-Custom Products Only)

For size changes (only for non-custom items):

  • Send the item back with a tracking number

  • Once received, we will remake and ship the new size

⚠️ Custom/personalized items are not eligible for size exchange.


9) Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/payment provider may take extra time to post the refund

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@battlegend.com

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned worn, washed, missing tags, or not in original condition.


10) Packaging & Responsibility

Please pack your return securely. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
